At least according to Blogtown, Dan Saltzman isn’t keen on Randy Leonard’s move to impose a total ban on smoking in the city’s parks. “For Saltzman, a total ban goes too far and is premature while the smaller bans are still being tried out,” they say. “His biggest opposition, though, is that a larger ban will give the police another reason to rouse and disturb homeless people.” (Link, obviously, not in the original.)
