“Uh, someone correct me if I’m wrong,” writes a commenter over at TPM Muckraker, “but if the [White House] is claiming ‘a clear and indisputable Executive Branch interest’ in the [Republican National Committee] emails, then doesn’t that amount to a de facto admission of violation of the Hatch Act?”
