Anyone remember former Oregon Supreme Court Justice Edward N. Fadeley? The guy who despite his profession hadn’t a clue about blogs, libel, slander, and related matters? The one who (if you click some of the links in that earlier post) seems to not only have trouble understanding the law, but following the rules? He just got slammed by the Oregon Supreme Court.
