You must be out there, somewhere. Assuming that’s the case, I really do need you over here as a contributor. Or do all the backers of enacting Charter reform this May prefer to skulk about in the background, rather than make their arguments in public?

I wish I had the time to go thru the whole thing and get active about it but two things stop me….kids and the fact I now live in Vancouver:)-
Even when I did live in Portland I sadly never read the whole charter or got as vocal as I should have. Mea Culpa. You folks left in the Great NorthWestern Green Bubble need to go make noise of an informed kind. I know, who am I to make a call to arms being armless yet soaking in a hot tub up here in Burbistan…still and all..
