Double dose your vitamins. Get some B-12 -- melts under your tongue. Just because it's cyclical doesn't mean you can't make it a little easier. We women finally learned, if nothing else, take Midol, although Serafem works a lot better. There has to be something to mitigate your Bed Head symptoms too. Of course, it also could just be a periodic oversaturation of caffeine and nicotine. Maybe if you drink lots of water with lemon that will helpfully dilute what you ingest. Can't hurt.
