It is now 6:30 PM on the west coast of the United States, and the iTunes Store still has not posted the third-season premier of Battlestar Galactica for those of us without cable and/or those of us who in fact are perfectly happy to take advantage of cheap and legal downloading when it’s available. So, where the Hell is it?
