Whether or not the other information some in the local press corps had regarding Emilie Oy’s employment in Montana was true at some point, it isn’t true now. Blogtown confirms Jack’s rumor that she’s working the news at KXGN. What’s more, according to Blogtown, she’s posting to Craiglist “looking for contacts, news stories that haven’t gotten much attention”.
Blogtown also reports that the station’s management is worried they are going to get swarmed by calls from people about Oy’s scammy past here in Portland.
Shout out to Montana: If anyone feels the spirit move them to record and rip to mp3 any of Oy’s news reports, I at least would be grateful. Given her lack of credibility and her refusal to take responsibility for her own actions, I’m curious to hear how she plays reporter when it comes to other people.
Addendum: It would seem that Torrid Joe wants us all to give Oy a break, otherwise she may never find gainful employment which will enable Portland to get its money back.
Problem is, I’m a stickler when it comes to hypocrisy. Oy, for all she professes her Christianity (to the point of claiming she was being persecuted for it here in Portland) doesn’t seem to get that in order to earn forgiveness, one first has to actually confess one’s sins.
She, of course, never has done so. Not once during the entire process of her scamming the City of Portland. Should the day come when finally she accepts responsibility for what happened to her here, I’ll let up.
And besides. She stole from Portland. Who’s to say she somehow won’t steal from Glendive, Montana? Should the fine people of Montana not know there’s an Oy in their midst?
