If the woman in the dream had not finally worked out her confusion, if she had not finally given me my change and my train ticket, and therefore if I had not managed to catch that train which had pulled in and was quickly going to be pulling out again, and if I had had to wait around the train station for another one… would I have woken up later than I did this morning?
